Watson’s offers a wide range of menus from the casual cocktail party with passed hors d‘oeuvres to formal plated dinners with multiple courses.

Cocktail Party

For a two-hour celebration, our chefs prepare small, one-bite hors d’oeuvres creatively presented on a variety of trays. The offerings are balanced so that every guest has a variety of flavors to enjoy.

Cocktail Buffet

A Cocktail buffet can be the perfect offering for parties planned for longer than two hours, allowing guests to select from tapas-style portions on small plates.

Demi Dinners

The perfect way to feed guests a warm mini dinner without the need for tables and chairs or disrupting the cocktail party atmosphere. Small plates are passed with a salad fork creating an easy way for guests to enjoy a variety of mini entrées.


Dinner Buffet

The traditional buffet dinner requires seating for the comfort of all. We recommend a choice of two entrées with an optional first course.


Plated Dinners

This most formal of our presentations, the plated dinner allows us to transform food into beautifully designed works of art on each plate.
